1. How do I actually get the free earrings?
Just spend $400 or more on custom keepsakes, add your fav Indigo Pearl Studs or Indigo Pearl Drop Earrings to your cart (they're sterling silver and usually $249.99!) Then the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Easy as!
2. What if my cart is juuuust under $400 or it adds up to $400 with shipping?
The cart needs to reach $400 before shipping and any discount codes, so if you're close, an extra bead, mini charm, or jewellery travel case might tip you over.
3. Can I choose between the studs and the drop earrings?
Yes you can! You pick what you love, Studs or Drops, both are available, and both are fully customisable just like the rest of our keepsakes.
4. If I buy a few keepsakes, do I get a few pairs?
It’s one free pair per order, but you still qualify if your cart total is $400+, whether it’s one item or a few.
5. Can I pick different colours or inclusions for my free earrings?
Yes! You don’t have to match your other keepsake. Choose different colours, flecks, or even different inclusions. It’s completely up to you, just make your selections online before adding them to the cart.
6. I’m not breastfeeding, can I still take advantage of the offer?
Absolutely! This isn’t just for breastmilk keepsakes. You can use ashes, hair, fur, flowers, cord, placenta, or anything we normally work with. Everyone’s included.
7. Can I use Afterpay and still get the earrings?
Totally! Afterpay is all good. It doesn’t change a thing about the promo.
8. When do I get my earrings? Are they sent separately?
We’ll craft them alongside your other keepsakes, and they’ll ship together within our usual 6-8 week timeframe (from when we receive your inclusions).
9. What if I don't send my inclusions in within 4 weeks?
You’ll still get your order, but unfortunately you won’t be eligible for the free earrings. This is a limited-time offer with limited stock and we want to make sure no one misses out. So please send your inclusions to us in time!
10. Can I buy a gift voucher and get the free earrings?
No sorry, vouchers don’t count for this promo. You’ll need to purchase physical keepsakes to qualify.
