  • Custom Keepsakes

    For all custom DNA jewellery orders, crafting will begin once we have received your inclusions. Please follow this link to view full instructions on how to prepare and send your inclusions. 

  • Indigo | Bella & Beau | Tilly Jane | Delilah Collections

    If you have purchased an item from any of these collections you don't need to do a thing! Keep an eye out for a courier parcel from us containing a starter kit to begin your keepsake journey.

  • Ring Sizing

    All ring sizes selected when filling out your starter kit are final and will not be resized or refunded due to inaccurate sizing. Tips on ring sizing will be available in your starter kit.

Please label each inclusion and make it clear which ones you want included in each piece of jewellery. Inclusions for custom keepsakes must be received within 3 months of placing your order. Late fees and/or material price changes may apply after this period. 

Crafting turnaround times are approx. 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions but may be extended during busy periods (such as public holidays, school holidays, & the lead up to Mothers Day & Christmas) Some rings and 9ct gold items can take up to 8 weeks to be crafted.
