Because every piece we create is handmade to order and uniquely crafted, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each keepsake is an original work of art, carefully interpreted and created in our signature style.

If you have specific requests or ideas for your jewellery, it’s really important to be as clear as possible when placing your order. We’re always happy to chat via email beforehand to discuss any details, so your piece turns out just as you envision.

Please understand that due to the custom nature of our work, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds, but we do stand behind our craftsmanship with a 12-month guarantee for any manufacturing faults.
