Designing your keepsake:
1. Select your choice of metal colour.
2. Select your inclusion.
3. Select your colour choice.
4. Add any extra design details or meaning of your keepsake, then add it to the cart.

Purchasing your keepsake:
1. Design your keepsake(s) then add them all to the cart.
2. If you would like packaging materials to send your inclusions to us for crafting, add a starter kit to the cart & we will send it out to you after completing your purchase.
3. After placing your order we will automatically send you all the details of how & where to send your inclusions for crafting. These details can also be found here.

Sending your inclusions to us:
1. Please send all inclusions to us via tracked courier.
2. Once we collect your parcel from our PO Box we will check your inclusions into our system & you will be automatically notified by email.

Crafting your keepsake:
1. We will begin preserving your inclusions (if needed).
2. Your keepsake components will be ordered in your style/metal/size (eg. rings).
3. Once all components have arrived to our studio we will craft your keepsake.
4. After your keepsake is complete we will package & send home via tracked courier for you to love & enjoy!

Handcrafted Keepsakes take approximately 6-8 weeks to be custom made but we will always endeavour to get them to you as quickly as possible.

This time may be extended during busy periods such as the lead up to Mothers Day & Christmas.

You are welcome to get in contact any time after purchasing for a detailed update on how far along the process your keepsake is.

Rings
Stainless Steel keepsakes are not able to be resized, so please ensure you know your correct size before ordering. Each ring is ordered in just for you in your desired size. If you don't know your ring size yet, grab a ring sizing kit before you order.
We highly recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your fingers measured to ensure correct sizing.

Pendants
All stainless steel pendants come with either an adjustable 40/45 or 50cm plated stainless steel chain.

Canisters
Our stainless steel canister pendants come with tools to help you fill it with cremation ashes at home. Due to the delicate nature of these being filled with sensitive elements, we are not able to accept returns for these products.

Our starter kits are a fantastic way to begin your keepsake journey. They come with:

• 3x Sterilised, double sealed breastmilk bags to package any inclusion(s),
• and/or a small collection canister for cremation ashes (if selected as an inclusion on your order).
• A printed address label (please note this does NOT include postage).
• Courier bag.
• Booklet with tips & instructions on how to package your inclusions.
