Designing your keepsake:
1. Select your choice of metal for the keepsake.
2. Select your inclusion(s).
3. Select your colour choices to be custom mixed into the resin component of your keepsake. Then add any flecks/opal for extra sparkle.
4. Add any extra design details or meaning of your keepsake, then add it to the cart.

Purchasing your keepsake:
1. Design your keepsake(s) then add them all to the cart.
2. If you would like packaging materials to send your inclusions to us for crafting, add a starter kit to the cart & we will send it out to you after completing your purchase.
3. After placing your order we will automatically send you all the details of how & where to send your inclusions for crafting. These details can also be found here.

Sending your inclusions to us:
1. Please send all inclusions to us via tracked courier.
2. Once we collect your parcel from our PO Box we will check your inclusions into our system & you will be automatically notified by email.

Crafting your keepsake:
1. We will begin preserving your inclusions (if needed).
2. Your keepsake components will be ordered in your style/metal/size (eg. rings).
3. Once all components have arrived to our studio we will craft your keepsake.
4. After your keepsake is complete we will package & send home via tracked courier for you to love & enjoy!

Handcrafted Keepsakes take approximately 6-8 weeks to be custom made but we will always endeavour to get them to you as quickly as possible.

This time may be extended during busy periods such as the lead up to Mothers Day & Christmas.

You are welcome to get in contact any time after purchasing for a detailed update on how far along the process your keepsake is.

We craft with a variety of inclusions and elements which include:

• Breastmilk or Formula,
• Cremation Ash,
• Hair & Pet Fur,
• Sand, Soil & Fabric,
• IFV Embryo Vial,
• Handwritten Note or Picture,
• Dried Cord & Encapsulated Placenta,
• First Tooth,

We recommend selecting a maximum of 2 different inclusions per keepsake. eg Milk + Hair.

We recommend using no more than 2-3 different colours per keepsake.

If you have something specific in mind, need further help, or would like to request a custom mixed colour, please contact us.

Rings
Each ring is custom made just for you in your desired size. If you know your ring size, great! Add your ring to the cart with your selected size & we'll get it started. If you don't know yet, don't worry. Add on a ring sizing kit or decide later and let us know your ring size when you send your inclusions back to us.
We highly recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your fingers measured to ensure correct sizing.

Pendants
All pendants come with an adjustable 40/45/50cm sterling silver chain. Gold & rose gold chains are plated over sterling silver.

Beads
Our beads are compatible with most European/Pandora style bracelets.

Our starter kits are a fantastic way to begin your keepsake journey. They come with:

• 3x Sterilised, double sealed breastmilk bags to package any inclusion(s),
• and/or a small collection canister for cremation ashes (if selected as an inclusion on your order).
• A printed address label (please note this does NOT include postage).
• Courier bag.
• Booklet with tips & instructions on how to package your inclusions.
